Breakfast for the week is so much easier with these Egg & Cheese Breakfast Nests. I make these on Sunday evening, keep the cooked nests in a sealed container in the refrigerator and pop them in the microwave for less than a minute and it like you just baked them. You can add bacon, sausage or any left over meat. I’ve made these dozens of times for our office potluck food day using the smaller muffin tin trays and they’re always the first to go. (Who doesn’t love cheese and bacon) And the whole batch costs less than $10.
